Flintlock Country Kennels is a fully licensed and inspected boarding facility. We often book up for the holidays and are very busy from June to September. Our kennel is completely indoors, therefore we heat it in the winter and it stays clean and cool in the summer. The 4' by 10' concrete runs provide ample room for two pets from the same household. We can provide the food unless a pet is on a special diet. If you prefer to bring your own food, please do (there is no extra charge). We highly recommend bringing your own food for first time boarder or older pets.  Please no  food or water dishes.  We will provide them.  You are welcome to bring a couple of toys, treats, bedding or a bed.  Be aware that beds or bedding can be destroyed while boarding.  We have plenty of bedding if you would prefer to use ours. Due to a southern exposure and large windows, the kennel receives full sunshine. Soothing music is played for the dogs throughout their stay. The facilities are clean and disinfected often each day. We are able to administer medication for a small fee and always require pets to be current on vaccinations (DHLPP , Bordatella & Rabies). We enjoy making good friends with each dog so they are happy to visit again. We hope our guests feel like they are on vacation while they're with us.
